Application: Full-scale nitrogen freezing for test work to obtain operational data, to establish a basis for the design of industrial nitrogen freezers and to produce product for quality evaluation. The nitrogen freezer is primarily used for freezing liquid and pasty products.
Capacity: The freezing capacity is up to 600 kg/h and the temperature after freezing will be –196°C. The capacity depends on the viscosity of the liquid.
Specification: Because the freezing time is only a few seconds, the nitrogen freezer is used when extremely quick freezing is necessary. The nitrogen freezer will typically produce equal-sized droplets with a particle size of 1 to 2 mm.
