The new integrated filter dryer granulator - IFD-GRANULATORTM - from GEA Niro is designed to perform at the highest standards. Based on GEA Niro's successful IFDTM, it aims to produce top quality agglomerates for a range of products. This granulator is a development of GEA Niro's well known and market-accepted multi-stage dryer - MSDTM - which also incorporates the CIP-able bag filter - SANICIPTM.
Niro's new IFD-GRANULATORTM refines particle formation and increases powder quality. The IFD-GRANULATORTM gives a total, in-place powder recovery and cleaning ability. The whole plant is greatly simplified as it elminates the need for external cyclones, bag filters and fines recycling.
