Where GEA Niro is responsible for the installation of their process plant, they will ensure that the plant supplied is installed complying with good engineering practice. Where the customers have made GEA Niro aware of the local health and safety at work requirements currently in force, these will be met.
Where process plant is to be installed by a third party, it is prerequisite for the validity of warranty and/or plant performance guarantee, that the installation is executed under the supervision of GEA Niro specialists in the various fields as required.
In either of the above mentioned cases, GEA Niro will provide relevant technical information to ensure that the process plant is installed to current standards and regulations. GEA Niro Code of Practice for Contractors and sub-contractors will be applied to conform to these requirements.
