The new integrated filter dryer - IFDTM - from GEA Niro has further refined the highly successful multi-stage dryer - MSDTM - by incorporating the CIP-able bag filter - SANICIPTM.
Niro's new IFDTM improves particle formation and powder quality. The IFDTM gives a total, in-place powder recovery and cleaning ability. The whole plant is greatly simplified as it elminates the need for external cyclones, bag filters and fines recycling.
