It is now possible to download the Milk Powder Technology book by former GEA Niro employee Mr Vagn Westergaard in English, German and Spanish.

The material that formed the basis for the first edition of the publication, edited in 1980, was used as teaching material for a group of students during a seminar arranged by the UN organization UNIDO in Montevideo, Uruguay in 1978. This fifth edition of the book has now been translated into German and Spanish and is available for download as PDF-documents on the Milk Technology pages.
