GEA Niro will offer its customers comprehensive advice on maintenance requirements in relation to the workload, advice on operator training, and support for all its plants and equipment, whether the support is supplied directly or via GEA PE-Segment Companies.

Service and Maintenance
Where necessary, GEA Niro will either directly or via GEA PE-Segment Companies, offer comprehensive after sales support for their plants and equipment covering routine maintenance repairs and further operator training.

Spare Parts
GEA Niro will ensure that the replacement parts can be made available or at least replaced by similar parts for the anticipated working life of the equipment supplied.
