Rotary atomizers
The great range of atomizers, from portable, hand-held units through to large-scale industrial production feature long lasting, heavy duty designs and the atomizer parts exposed to feed comply with US-3A and other, similar national sanitary directives.
Atomization nozzles
meet your needs for droplet size and particle size, spray angle, flow variation and properties of the liquid being sprayed. Swirl chambers are offered in three designs with orifice discs ranging in size from 0.4-6.4 mm. Original SDX® spray drying nozzles reflects the high requirements from GEA Niro with regard to quality, flexibility and reliability, and offers optimum relation between price, performance and quality.
Rotary valves
Designed for continous discharge operation of powders and granulates, the valve consists of a tapered housing and a rotor with gear and motor drive. The valves feature quick and precise adjustment of clearences between the rotor and housing and the whole unit is easy to maintain.
CIP nozzles
Uses a design where the nozzle head retracts when not in use and is, therefore, ideal for mounting on any plant component. They are easy to install, automatically retracting when not in use, and no compressed air is needed.
Pneumatic hammers
These provide plant operators with the piece of mind that their product will flow as planned. The GEA Niro pneumatic hammers can be fitted on spray dryer chambers, cyclones, ducts and any other thin-gauge stainless steel equipment. These are easy to install, all impacts are fully controllable, and meet explosion proof standards.
Oil pump and motor exchange program
GEA Niro offers a unit exchange program for oil pumps of all sizes. Motors for the FS1 rotary atomizer are also part of this program.
