Spray drying of ceramic products such as clay, kaolin and other similar products has been performed for several generations, typicall resulting in a fine, dusty dry powder, as the product sold and distributed to customers. To avoid such handling consequences, it is important to perform a cooling of the spray dryer exit prior to silo storing.
