Application: Bench-scale evaluation of falling film evaporation feasibility including the production of samples of concentrate and condensate.
Capacity: The evaporative capacity is 0.5-1 kg/h and the minimum feed requirement is about 3 kg.
Specification: The feed is placed in a rotating glass bulb and heat is supplied from a hot water bath with controlled temperature. A vacuum pump supplies a controllable vacuum. The vapours are condensed with cooling water and condensate is collected in a bulb.
